Your kitchen should work as hard as you do. We build kitchens designed around real life, better flow, smart storage, durable materials that hold up to coastal humidity, and proper ventilation for our climate.
From powder rooms to primary suites, we create bathrooms that combine style with functionality. Walk-in showers, heated floors, ventilation systems that prevent mold. We can work within your existing footprint or reconfigure walls entirely.
Need more space but love your location? Adding square footage or converting underused areas gives you room to grow without the hassle of moving.
Popular projects include:
We handle all structural engineering, permitting, and code compliance so your addition integrates seamlessly with your existing home.
Outdoor spaces are extensions of your home nearly year-round. We design and build covered patios, outdoor kitchens, screened enclosures, and pool decks. All built to withstand hurricane-force winds and meet local wind load requirements.
We learn what matters most to you, your lifestyle, must-haves, budget, and timing. We’ll evaluate your home’s condition, identify any structural or code issues, and discuss how flood zone regulations might impact your plans.
Our team creates detailed plans that bring your vision to life. You’ll see exactly what your finished space will look like, down to cabinet hardware and light fixtures. We present multiple design options, explain the pros and cons, and refine everything until you’re excited to move forward. All designs account for Florida Building Code and permit requirements upfront.
Once permits are pulled and materials ordered, our crews get to work. We protect your home during construction, maintain clean work areas, and keep you updated on progress. Every project includes a comprehensive warranty covering workmanship and materials.
Panama City requires permits for most remodeling work, and for good reason. Proper permitting ensures your renovation meets structural, electrical, and plumbing codes that protect your safety and property value.
We handle the entire permitting process for you. This includes:
Our familiarity with Bay County’s permitting process keeps things moving without unnecessary delays.
We evaluate all three factors during your consultation and build compliance costs into your estimate upfront. No surprises halfway through.
Renovation costs vary based on project scope, materials, and site conditions. Here’s what influences your investment.
Custom cabinets take 8-12 weeks. Special-order tile needs 6-8 weeks. High-end appliances take even longer. We order long-lead items early and build realistic schedules that account for busy construction seasons.

EXCELLENT Based on 41 reviews Posted on Christie King2025-08-16Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently needed my entire roof replaced. Overall this was a 5 star experience, not perfect, but for such a big project, Truvorne did a wonderful job. A big shout out to Peter Hahn, my original contact and salesperson. Pete was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had and in a timely manner. Pete did exactly what he said he was going to do, which is so refreshing in this day and age of contractors NOT doing what they promise or making excuses. Even though there was a glitch getting the actual job started, Pete followed up and kept me in the loop so I knew what was going on. The job is now over, but Pete is still following up with me, making sure that no problems have developed and ensuring their future commitments will be honored. And that to me is what great Customer Service is about! Larry, the project manager, was extremely friendly and personable, and very knowledgeable about every aspect of roofing. As can be expected on any large job, there were some glitches, but Larry saw to it that those problems were taken care, but sometimes those took a little more time to get fixed than I thought they should. But, I think that's just a "me" way of thinking thing. Larry was always quickly responsive anytime I contacted him and that is essential on any kind of repair job. I've had other repair jobs where it might take days to respond. Extremely frustrating...but not with Larry. I was blown away on how quickly the actual job was done; the guys doing the roofing did a terrific job. Larry promised they would get in and get the job done quickly and efficiently and they did exactly that. Overall, Pete and Larry are both wonderful customer service agents for Truvorne. The few times I needed to call the office, the staff were also friendly and always very helpful. I had some roofing repair work done a year ago by another company. Truvorne's customer service was way over and above what this other local reputable company did and Pete and Larry and all the staff I spoke with at Truvorne were the biggest part of this. Thank you Pete, Larry, and everyone I interacted with at Truvorne for a job well done!Posted on Charles Curry2025-08-10Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. They did a great job with solving my problem and fixing the poor work done by DR Horton! Great roof work!Posted on Jim Williamson2025-07-18Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Pete was excellent. He listened to us and showed us some great products. He stayed in communication with us through the whole process. The project from start to finish was outstanding and we are very pleased with our new roof. We highly recommend Truvorne for your roofing needs.Posted on Christopher Sheffler2025-06-15Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I contacted Truvorne to give me an estimate. Larry Timmons came out the next day. The estimate was presented later the same day. Very reasonable. I committed. First I had to arrange for a licensed Solar Panel Service company to remove 16 Panels from the upper roof. Once that was done, Larry had an experienced team tackle the job. There was plenty of hidden damage apparent after the shingles were removed, but only minimal charge for the additional 4'x8's. Two days later, the job was done and I am very impressed. Larry had the site supervisor (Joe) in constant contact, and I was comfortable with the work flow. Afterwards, the group cleaned any and all debris up from below the roof. Larry also kept in contact with the Solar Panel service company and let them know they were cleared back on the roof to re-install the solar panels. I give my recommendation to anybody needing a professional team to tackle their re-shingling project. I tip my hat to Larry and his team. Thanks to the Truvorne professionalism.Posted on Property Homes2025-05-30Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Shawn and his team have done an outstanding job. Their excellent communication, professionalism, and commitment to quality work truly stand out. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly. Completed Projects
Most remodeling work requires Bay County permits — kitchens, bathrooms, room additions, electrical, plumbing, and structural changes. Minor work like painting or flooring typically doesn’t. We’ll clarify what’s needed during your consultation.
Skipping permits creates problems: unpermitted work must be disclosed when selling, can void insurance, and may require expensive corrections later.
Permitting adds 2-4 weeks before construction begins.
If renovation costs exceed 50% of your home’s market value, you must bring the entire structure into current flood compliance. This can mean elevating your home, installing flood vents, and other expensive upgrades.
We calculate whether your project triggers this rule during planning and discuss compliance options and costs upfront.
Florida Building Code requires them for most new construction and substantial renovations. They protect your home during hurricanes and often reduce insurance premiums by 10-20%. We install certified products meeting current requirements.
The difference between a renovation you love and one you regret often comes down to planning, expertise, and having the right team.
